Our extensive self-perform capabilities allow us to manage critical path activities, maintain quality control, and reduce schedule risk on highly technical projects.

OUR HISTORY
Prospect Construction, Inc. began in 1998 as a General Contractor focused on the water and wastewater treatment industries. Our early success delivering technically complex treatment facilities laid the foundation for seamless expansion into additional sectors, including cogeneration, biogas treatment, fish facilities, utility infrastructure, bridges, and building projects.

The company’s roots run deep. Prospect was formed by former members of Venture Construction, Inc., a pioneer in water and wastewater treatment plant construction dating back to the early 1960s. The experience, discipline, and reputation for quality carried forward from Venture allowed Prospect to grow rapidly while establishing its own identity as a contractor known for integrity, expertise, and collaborative project delivery.
